About the event
At the Mystic Sauna Days at Hotel Freigold, guests can look forward to a special sauna experience with Saunameister Lukas Barani.
With several years of experience at renowned sauna facilities in Austria and abroad, he is known for authentic Aufguss ceremonies using 100% pure essential oils, self-produced hydrolates, and carefully selected herbs.
As “King of Herbal Austria 2025” at the Sauna Herbal Cup, he qualified for the Sauna Herbal Cup World Championship in Prague, where he finished in 10th place. He also achieved 2nd place at the Modern Classic Cup Austria 2026. These achievements reflect his passion, dedication, and high standards in the art of Aufguss.
